During these uncertain times Daryn & Merilyn of ‘Gift Box Hampers’ wish to inform our customers that our dispatch and delivery operations are currently functioning as normal.
We are continually monitoring information from both, Federal Government and the Victorian State Government and will update this information as necessary.
In the interest for safety of our staff and customers, we are continuing with our necessary safety and hygiene upgraded procedures including the following:
- Antibacterial cleaning and thorough hand-washing before and after receiving and dispatching deliveries
- Antibacterial cleaning of all high touch areas, equipment and machinery
- Hand sanitising stations
- Regular and thorough hand washing
- Social distancing
Our courier service have also taken measures to protect their staff & customers.
Also introducing additional safeguards to the way they make deliveries.
When receiving a delivery
- keep a distance of at least 1.5 metres from the delivery person
- Remember… continue to practice good hygiene – wash your hands often with soap and water, use a tissue and cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze, and avoid close contact with others, such as touching
If you’re showing symptoms, please let your delivery person know.
We understand that delivery delays can cause stress especially during this time.

* Due to COVID-19 our courier partners are experiencing some delivery delays due to reduced staffing and an increase in freight moving through the depots.
* Our suggested delivery time-frames are a guide and cannot be guaranteed at this time.
* We are still dispatching our hamper orders same day (when possible) if ordered by 2pm on weekdays.
* We will not be able to refund delivery fees if a delay occurs with your gift hamper.
