The cabernet and merlot varieties from the cool 2020 season, were assembled after fermentation by indigenous yeasts.
The resulting wine, comprising about 60% merlot and 40% cabernet, has a beautifully balanced palate and integrated French oak, which is expected to develop in the bottle for another seven years or so.
