Gift Box Hampers Use of Website Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
- Our hampers/items are dispatched within 1-4 business hours of the order being received and it is advisable that if an error has been made or if you wish to cancel the order, to call us immediately on +61 (03) 5174 4888 (business days 9am-5pm AEST).
- Orders cannot be amended or canceled once they have been dispatched and are with our couriers for delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for “change of mind” or if your recipient would prefer a different gift.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges, once the gift has left our premises.
We do not offer refunds if delivery is delayed via Australia Post.
In the event that your hamper or its contents arrive damaged or faulty, please call us on +61 (03) 5174 4888 within 24 hours of the delivery to organise replacement items.

Availability of Products
‘Gift Box Hampers’ has an excellent ordering process, however from time to time products may not be available. At such times an alternative product to the same or more value will be used.
Alcohol
Under Australian Law we are only able to sell gift hampers containing alcohol to persons over the age of 18.
By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age. Gift hampers containing alcohol may only be delivered and received to persons over the age of 18.
Food Allergy Disclaimer
At ‘Gift Box Hampers’ we do not create any of the food products sold on our website. All food products provided on our web site www.giftboxhampers.com.au are produced and packaged by third-party companies and are labelled with possible allergen-containing ingredients by the manufacturer. You are encouraged to read the labels before consuming.
Note: ‘Gift Box Hampers’ will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed.

Note: At ‘Gift Box Hampers’ we do not create any of the skin, bath or cosmetic products sold online. Skin, bath and cosmetic products provided on our website www.giftboxhampers.com.au are produced and packaged by third-party companies and may be labelled with possible allergen-containing ingredients by the manufacturer. We strongly encouraged to read the labels before using these products. ‘Gift Box Hampers’ will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to skin, bath or cosmetic products.
Payment
All prices quoted, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of GST and are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD). Product prices do not include delivery fees and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.
Payment is required prior to delivery. We have 4 easy to use methods for payment
- Credit Card – We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All card details are protected with Secure Shopping.
- Direct to ‘Gift Box Hampers’ Bank Account – Our account details are provided on our invoices
- Pay via PayPal – you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account, these cards include – Visa, Master Card, American Express
- Afterpay – Afterpay is a payment system that allows you to place an order now and pay later in 4 equal installments.
Authority to Leave a Gift
NOTE: If you give “Authority to Leave a Gift”, ‘Gift Box Hampers’ is not responsible for the loss or damage of gifts once delivery is complete.

If you would like us to customise a gift hamper especially for you, let us know the occasion and your budget and we will be delighted to help.
International Orders

All photographic images within this website are owned by ‘Gift Box Hampers’, and permissions for use are required. Some of the items used in our photographs have been used for photographic purposes and are not provided as part of the gift hamper.
